We had long been looking for an optimal estate to build our own dream house. True, we had great expectations and high demands as to the plot’s size, price and location. To be honest, we were a bit worried at our departure about how everything would be going and come of. Our rented, luxuriously equipped, house offered all the comfort and facilities our family needed. There are also abundant sports opportunities at Lakewood National.
First of all, we should mention the 36-hole golf course designed by famous Arnold Palmer, which has become the centerpiece of the whole residential community. However, not only golfers will feel like being in paradise here – the enthusiasts of tennis can practice their skills in eight illuminated clay tennis courts. The joggers won’t come in short neither, as they can exercise along plenty of local bike paths. The conditions for water sports are perfect all year round – whether for fishing, diving or windsurfing. Then we were told we had too much tape and the workers felt we were too picky. Missing a chunk of doorframe, a 6 inch section of wall not painted, cracked tiles is not being too picky. If you are planning on purchasing a Lennar home, DON't. Only purchase a new home if you don't mind a broken furnace, broken dishwasher, broken dryer and broken garage.

Lennar attempted fixes, as inexpensive as possible for about a year and then announced they would need to take down homeowner’s fences and install french drains in the retaining wall. Drainage improved and we thought the matter was resolved. As someone else mentioned these homes are very expensive but it’s like they are put together with glue and tape. These are the most poorly built homes and they could care less. When we did our walkthrough they said put tape on any of the problems.

Our house in Suwanee Ga was made by Lennar Homes and is very unsafe. I stepped on a carpet staple and got a hole in my foot because they left it bare and uncovered. I also called them twice to fix my porch, because puddles kept on forming after rainfall. They kept saying that there is no problem with the porch. We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse.
We haven’t had such a relaxing and carefree holiday for a long time. We are definitely going to take advantage of your services again. You can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside through the views of the picturesque lakes or in one of the many parks that are perfect for a picnic during a relaxing afternoon. Even though the wildness of nature has been preserved in the area, you need not worry about getting cut off from social upheavals.
Lennar sold us a “premium lot” in Mount Dora, Florida. A retaining wall was built and a fence installed by Lennar prior to building. With 1,778 new housing starts in the year of 2017, Lennar marked its place on the homebuilding map as the largest homebuilder in Central Florida.
